Description
A narrow street curves gently downhill, bathed in the sleepy gold of late afternoon. Warm terracotta walls lean close, their textures soft with time, whispering secrets in the hush between footsteps. From an old balcony, an orange tree stretches its limbs toward the light, heavy with fruit — not perfect spheres, but sun-kissed and fragrant, pulsing with the slow rhythm of summer. The air carries a quiet saltiness from the sea just beyond, where the horizon flickers like glass beneath a hush of gulls. Somewhere, a shutter creaks. Somewhere else, a distant laugh floats like a ribbon. Everything here feels slow and deliberate, as if the day itself is lingering, reluctant to turn the page.
